UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, and regional partners for last-mile. Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email at fulfillment.
Import duties and taxes
For international shipments outside the United States, import VAT, customs duties, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility, collected by the carrier at delivery. We do not pre-collect VAT.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (US warehouse) or 12:00 noon CET (EU warehouse) ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
