Strict but fair.

We ship premium electric bikes from authorized warehouses. Read the policy carefully — by ordering you accept these terms.

Parts and accessories

30-day return window from delivery on UNOPENED items only. Item must be in original packaging, unused, in resaleable condition. Customer pays return shipping. Refund of product price (less original shipping cost if applicable). We inspect upon receipt; items not meeting condition standards are returned at customer expense.

Electric bikes — NO change-of-mind returns

Bikes are non-returnable once assembled or once the battery is connected. Bikes ship pre-built (85-90%), and the moment a pedal is installed, suspension is adjusted, or the battery is plugged in, the bike is "used" and cannot be resold.

Defect-only coverage applies under the 12-month manufacturer warranty: arrival damage, motor/battery failure, structural defect. See the warranty page for the full process.

Before you order: measure your space, confirm your local e-bike regulations (motor wattage limits, license requirements), and read the spec sheet. We do not accept returns for sizing/regulation/fit mismatches that could have been verified pre-order. Wrong item / fitment error on our side

If we shipped the wrong part or an incorrect fitment is our error, we cover everything: return shipping, replacement, or full refund — your choice. Email info@amperbike.com with order number + clear photos within 14 days; we resolve within 48 hours.

Transit damage

Inspect your shipment at delivery. Visible exterior damage on the box: refuse the shipment OR sign with "DAMAGED" notation and photograph immediately. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box + contents. Damage claims reported beyond 48 hours are at carrier/manufacturer discretion.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@amperbike.com with order number, reason, and photos.
  2. We review (usually within 24h) and issue an RMA if approved.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA, tracked. Customer pays shipping unless our error.
  4. We inspect on receipt. Refund processes within 3-5 business days to original payment method if conditions met.
